Raspberry Pi 2 Model B compatibility with LP0225C aluminium case

RPI2_tI was impressed by freshly released Raspberry Pi 2 Model B. It has even larger possibilities than previous versions because of it’s quad-core higher speed BCM2836 ARMv7 CPU and twice larger RAM. Also I was very happy that mechanical layout was almost identical to Raspberry Pi Model B+, which means no need to redesign existing enclosure.

Only one important place is slightly shifted is Broadcom CPU. Fortunately heat-sink pillar on LP0225C overlaps with CPU almost 100%. Also included silicon thermal conductive pad compensates for 0.1mm height difference. RAM on the bottom PCB does not interfere with any enclosure elements. Enjoy new Raspberry with high-tech enclosure.

      Hello Stefano, it is available on eBay, but at the moment I am sold out. New batch is being manufactured at the moment (I think it will be available in a month).
